Mary Beth Laye is a Sr. Principal Change Management Consultant with Apps Associates. She uses her DiSC and change facilitation skills to inspire individuals and teams to higher levels of trust. She firmly believes that the journey to growth lies in our willingness to embrace it, and with a well-crafted plan, the plane can land with success. She is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Certified DiSC Facilitator. She has a B.Sc. in Communication Studies and will graduate in 2024 with M.A. in Organization Development and Leadership.
