Notice at Collection
Apps Associates LLC (“Apps Associates”) is collecting your personal information in connection with its joint event with Oracle Corporation, to support its business operations. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers may be entitled to certain notices and disclosures regarding the collection and use of their personal information. This notice is to provide you the Notice at Collection required under the CCPA.
In connection with your event registration, Apps Associates will collect the personal information categories listed below. Other than the sharing with Oracle Corporation, none of the information collected is sold or shared with third parties.
- Identifiers: name, job title, and employer.
- Contact details: email address and telephone number.
- Marketing data: responses to attendee satisfaction surveys, responses to direct marketing, and any communications you send to Apps Associated related to the Event.
Our anticipated retention period for the data collected is: Until no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
Apps Associates will not sell the personal information we collect. However, Apps Associates will share the information you provide to it in connection with the Event with Oracle Corporation. Apps Associates is collecting and may process your personal information for the following business purposes, to the extent permitted by the CCPA and other relevant data protection laws:
- To produce the webinar to you;
- To monitor, adapt, update, and improve our services to you;
- To verify your identity;
- To respond to your communications and support needs;
- To administer content, promotions, surveys, or other features offered by Apps Associates;
- To request feedback and comment from Event participants;
- To send you information relevant to your Event participation and for about future events or services offered by Apps Associates;
- To identify opportunities based on your past activities with us;
- To give effect to your legal rights;
- To establish or exercise Apps Associates legal rights and defend legal claims;
- To comply with applicable law; and
- For any purpose with your consent.
