The customer is a prominent 93-bed rehabilitation hospital based in Colorado, specializing in the neurorehabilitation and research of patients with spinal cord and brain injuries. As a not-for-profit, stand-alone national center of excellence, the hospital has been operational since 1956 and has treated more than 34,500 patients. 

About the Customer

Before implementing Oracle Cloud ERP & SCM, the hospital relied on disparate legacy systems, including MEDITECH 5.67 for financials and materials management, and separate HR/payroll system. These systems caused inefficiencies in operations, delayed financial close processes, and presented challenges in management reporting and inventory tracking. Additionally, their grants management process was being tracked manually in spreadsheets, lacking integration with key payroll data, which created extra administrative burden and reduced visibility into grant progression.
