Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the United States, went live with Oracle WAM in the late 90’s when the product was still known as Synergen. In 2013-14, they went live with Oracle EBS, shifting many of the purchasing functions away from OWAM into the financials package. Both systems are heavily integrated around purchasing and inventory management functions. In 2019-20 they migrated to WAM v2.2 and then in 2022, they upgraded to WAM v2.3. The facilities operations are heavily dependent on asset management, maintenance, procurement, and inventory functions.
