1. Can you provide a brief overview of your role and responsibilities within Apps?

As a People Partner, I connect with employees across various platforms, providing support and advice on employee relations to address any issues or concerns and maintain a harmonious workplace. I collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify and bridge gaps, ensuring our HR strategies align with business goals. I also promote and implement organizational initiatives and wellness activities that enhance our work environment and overall employee well-being.

2. How long have you been with Apps, and what initially attracted you to this role?

I have been with Apps for over four and a half years. The welcoming culture, friendly work environment, and the chance to collaborate with talented professionals have made Apps feel like my second family.

3. How would you describe Apps’ culture and working environment?

In my role as a People Partner at Apps, collaboration is key. I regularly work with department leaders to address employee concerns and develop tailored HR solutions that align with departmental goals. Whether it’s creating new initiatives, enhancing processes, or promoting employee wellness and cultural activities, teamwork ensures we achieve the best results.  Always believe in “Together, we can achieve anything”.

In my opinion, success at Apps requires trust and a positive attitude, enthusiasm for continuous learning, a proactive approach, adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for innovation and execution.
